  1. Do you think the earlier or later ads had more of an impact on consumers and why?

    1. I think it depends on the advertisement. There are commercials from the '70s that my parents still remember and talk about. Current advertising seems to be more exciting, but not all of the ads are as effective as others.

  2. I found some of these ads effective in the way they presented their products. Some of these ads have thrown a bit of humor in to keep the viewers attention and to satisfy their curiosity. I also find it a bit funny to see to what extent people will go to advertise their products, even if it seems it has nothing to do with it.

  3. The Union Carbide advertisement had me worried the whole time the little chick was in the container! Because of all the tension, I think I will remember it for a long time.

  5. The Honda: Physics was why awesome it makes the ad and the company appeal like they put a lot of time and effort to making the car. Also making consumers like the product in order to buy it. the ad used the appeals of dominance, feel safe, attention, and achieve the most because the complexity of the commercial, on how it spoke no words but said so much with out them.

    1. I remember when this ad came out, and I was astonished by the complexity of it. That ad make my entire family look up how many times it took them to film it before they got it right and how many parts of a car they used to create it. This commercial was very effective in my opinion.

  7. I really enjoyed the Gap commercial. I work retail. As I was watching it, I kept thinking I am so glad I don't have to pick that mess up.
